Enis Vural

Enis is the Victorian Strategic Financial Advice Team Leader. He joined Mercer in October 2021. Prior to joining Mercer he spent nearly 17 years working in various organisations including ANZ, AMP, Aware Super in various financial services roles, including financial advice, banking and project management.

He holds a Bachelors of Business (Banking and Finance) from Monash University and is undertaking a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School. Enis has a Certified Financial Planner designation from the FPA.

At Mercer he leads a team of 17 financial advisers and support staff responsible for $7mil of recurring revenue, with around $800mil FUA. His passion for his team culture is testament to his strong ability in coaching and leading teams, working with a diverse set of individuals.

Enis is passionate about helping clients improve their financial position, so that they have more time for what is important to them. Enis current sits on the Financial Services Industry Advisory Committee with RMIT and provides thought leadership on ways to shape the advisers of the future through higher education courses.
