A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, a qualified Chartered Accountant, member of CPA Australia and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Karma has more than 20 years experience in senior management accounting.
Karma spent eight years based in the United Arab Emirates working on commercial and educational projects in the Middle East, India and North Africa. These often challenging environments required communications between stakeholders to be efficient and clear, and so Karma encouraged her teams to contextualise their reports - allowing finance partners to tell the story of the numbers.
