Susan Sung is a Sr. Director of Business Planning and Insights supporting the commercial facing business units at Spotify. In her current role, she is responsible for quarterly forecasting, business planning, and insights reporting for the Premium, Advertising, Content, and Consumer business segments. She is an FP&A professional with 18 years of progressive leadership experience in Financial Planning and Analysis and Business Strategy for Financial Services and Tech companies.
While at Spotify, she has participated in preparing for Spotify’s Investor Day and the direct listing with the NYSE. Additionally, she has been instrumental in designing a new operational model for the FP&A organization to support the business to make faster and more holistic decisions. Her passion in recent years has been to promote diversity in the workplace, with the belief that more diversity helps to attract and retain the best Finance talent.
Susan is an alumni of Fordham University and lives in New York with her husband and two cats. In her spare time, she can be found reading from a broad range of topics including Science Fiction and NonFiction works and learning latin ballroom dance.
